We're coming into my favorite time of the year.  When the weather turns cooler and we leave behind the hair-frizzing, breath stealing humidity of the summer.  The leaves are turning their beautiful oranges, reds and yellows; the corn (which is plentiful where I live) is dying out and people are putting up the stalks in their yards as signs of the coming season; the squirrels on the quad are stuffing themselves with pine seeds, bird food and all the peanuts we can throw them.  I love this time of year!

Now's the time I start reflecting on the things the universe has given me since the spring and taking the negative stuff and recycling it back to Mother Earth.  Let her take care of it through the winter and send it back out as positive/neutral energy in the spring.  Now that summer is over and those activities are winding down, I have time to sit and reflect on what I'd like to do for the coming year and what I want to accomplish.  Where am I going to take my students?  What do I want for myself?  What does the world need most?  Where's my part in it?

I hope you all have a very productive and peaceful season.  May the Lord and Lady bless you through the fall and winter months until spring joins us again.  :)
